Eliminates ground loops whilstmaintaining complete and effective shielding. Optional use where grounding is difficult and in environments prone to interference. Connects the plug and jack shield, frequency selective, breaking ground loops. Low frequency noise is attenuated and ground loops interrupted. Can simply be retrofitted in the RJ45 connection modules from R&M, Cat. 5e (starting 2010), Cat. 6 and Cat. 6
